With more than 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, Modernum is a Swedish company specialized in products for vehicles, adapted to the Nordic climate. When launching their new product Digital Lightning 1200, they saw the opportunity to create further brand recognition.
Our ambition was to produce a unique sound that represented Modernum as a brand. With inspiration from previous branding activities, we wanted to catch the crisp Nordic feel combined with lightness and a feeling of infinity.
The audio logo is possible to apply in different ways depending on the product, but always integrated with Modernums tagline, “Alltid rätt, oavsett”.
The project also resulted in an explanatory movie about Digital Lightning 1200. The movie was produced by combining the sound identity and the audio logo with a moving background and textual information about the products.
